The grand Opening Ceremony at Burj Khalifa Island was a mesmerizing spectacle that captivated an audience of over 2000 Royals, Dignitaries, Global Leaders, and International Students. The event was a harmonious blend of tradition, music, culture, futuristic special effects, and awe-inspiring pyrotechnics.

We orchestrated an unforgettable Opening Ceremony that showcased the essence of the UAE's culture and innovation. The program featured a groundbreaking 'rap' performance, a mind-blowing computerized tracking projection screen that added a futuristic touch and unveiled a jaw-dropping 'vertical drumming' show 40 meters above ground, and a thrilling choreography synced with the magnificent Dubai Fountain.

Our primary objectives were to create a memorable and unique experience for the audience, celebrating both the rich cultural heritage and technological prowess of the UAE. We aimed to leave a lasting impression on our distinguished guests and viewers worldwide.

Main challenges and solution

Crafting the Magic

The experience was nothing short of magical, but it came with its fair share of challenges. Coordinating the complex technical aspects of the event, ensuring the safety of the record-breaking climber Alain Robert during his ascent of the 828-meter tall Burj Khalifa, and maintaining the audience's engagement throughout the two-hour program were among our key challenges. We overcame them planning every detail, from the precise timing of pyrotechnics to the coordination of live performances.
