Held by Ministry of Culture, Red Sea International Film Festival encompasses a series of curated events spanning ten days of celebration in Jeddah. Working as partner, HQWS delivered a successful festival that not only surpassed its predecessor, but also solidified its position as a major player within the global scene.

Around the theme "Film is Everything," we crafted a cohesive narrative across all major events employing a circular shape as common visual language and positioning the festival as epicentre of a cultural transformation: being part of the festival became a unique experience that fostered appreciation for the art of film and inspired critical thinking.

An exclusive schedule of parties designed to be unforgettable, red carpets, high-end activations and the finest entertainment. And inclusive program of public screenings and concerts, workshops, live talks and premieres. The depth and richness of the whole experience spread way beyond the film industry, enveloping the entire city in a vibrant atmosphere.
What was the experience?
The Transformative Journey
HQWS crafted a journey for 15200 guests across 14 different venues and 26 curated events, half of which delivered from concept to execution, including the Opening night and Closing Awards. While building the main stage of 42 mt wide and 14 mt high in less than 72 hours and overviewing 18 subcontractrors, we produced 25 performances, managed 109 artists, presented 38 awards and hendled 18 speeches!
